Collaboration with ASLSRI

(For Organizing Conferences, Seminars, and Workshops)

Introduction The Academic Society for Life Science Research and Innovation (ASLSRI) invites collaboration from recognized colleges, universities, and research institutions across India and abroad to jointly organize Conferences, Seminars, and Workshops in the field of Life Sciences and allied disciplines. These collaborative events aim to foster research culture, academic networking, capacity building, and innovation among faculty members, researchers, and students.
Eligibility for Collaboration
  • The host institution must be a recognized educational or research organization (college/university/research institute).
  • The event must focus on Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Environmental Science, Biomedical Research, Agricultural Sciences, or related interdisciplinary areas.
  • The institution should have adequate infrastructure (auditorium, seminar hall, technical support) to conduct the event successfully.
Types of Collaborative Programs
  • National/International Conferences: Multi-day programs featuring keynote sessions, paper presentations, and panel discussions.
  • Faculty Development Programs (FDPs): Research methodology, innovation, and teaching-learning enhancement.
  • Workshops and Hands-on Training: Focused on experimental techniques, data analysis, or research tools.
  • Student Development Seminars: For postgraduate and doctoral students to present their work and interact with eminent researchers.
Roles and Responsibilities Host Institution:
  • Provide venue, logistics, and technical support.
  • Nominate faculty coordinators for event management.
  • Handle local arrangements such as hospitality, registration, and publicity.
ASLSRI:
  • Provide academic and technical guidance.
  • Facilitate participation of eminent resource persons and experts.
  • Offer collaboration certificates and publication opportunities.
  • Assist in schedule design, abstract review, and proceedings.
  • Promote the event through official channels.
Financial Terms
  • The proposal must include a budget plan jointly approved by the host institution and ASLSRI.
  • Registration fees, sponsorships, and external funding shall be mutually managed.
  • The collaboration does not require any membership.
Procedure for Collaboration Submit a formal proposal at least 15 days prior to the planned event date, including:
  • Title and theme of the event
  • Tentative dates and venue
  • Names of proposed coordinators and committee members
  • Proposed budget and funding sources

The Academic Committee will review and approve the proposal within 7 working days.
