Eligibility

• Open exclusively to women researchers in Life Sciences or allied disciplines.
• Assistant Professors, Research Associates, Research Scholars, Postdoctoral Fellows, or Ph.D. holders.
• Age limit: below 40 years as on 31 December of the award year.
• Applicants must hold Lifetime Membership of ASLSRI.

Evaluation Parameters

1. Research Publications: SCI/SCOPUS indexed journals (Q1/Q2 preferred).
2. Research Projects & Grants: Experience as PI, Co-PI, or collaborator.
3. Innovation & Patents: Filed or granted patents.
4. Scientific Contributions: Conferences, workshops, invited talks.
5. Awards & Recognitions: Fellowships and honors.
6. Leadership & Mentoring: Mentorship and women empowerment initiatives.

Award Benefits

• Recognition Certificate from ASLSRI.
• Feature on ASLSRI Website and Annual Report.
• Opportunities to serve as mentors, speakers, and contributors.

General Guidelines

• Awards are granted based on Selection Committee evaluation.

1. Obtain Lifetime Membership of ASLSRI.
2. Fill the online Google Form.
3. Upload CV, publications, patents, and recognitions.
4. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
